The Great Race is the twenty-fifth and final episode of the second season. It originally aired on ABC in the United States on May 19, 1993.
Note: This is the last episode to feature Pamela Anderson as a recurring cast member due to her leaving the series after this episode. She does, however, reprise her role as a guest star in The Kiss and the Kiss-Off. This is Lisa's last appearance until that episode. Sawyer Brown's "The Race Is On" plays while Tim rides a lawnmower.
Synopsis[]
Bob Vila re-appears on Tool Time, and challenges Tim to a lawnmower race for charity. Determined to beat Vila once and for all, Tim inserts a jet engine from a helicopter into the lawnmower. Meanwhile, the kids create "The Tadpole Secrecy Test" for Mark and Becky, who wants them to play with him. The test involves Mark and Becky holding a live tadpole in his mouth for three seconds, however he accidentally swallows it.
