Bob Vila is going to be a guest on Tool Time, and is going to participate in a segment called "Stump the Toolman", with Tim. Meanwhile, Randy gets into trouble for picking on a kid at school, and Jill forces him to invite the boy over, only to realize he is as annoying as Randy claims.
